Humanitarian access in Gaza

Operational realities in Palestine

In light of recent decisions affecting the operating licenses of several international humanitarian organisations in Gaza, including multiple AFF members, the Arab Foundations Forum (AFF), through its Humanitarian Relief and Recovery Task Force (HRRTF), will host an urgent online conversation to inform the philanthropic community and the wider public about the implications of these developments.

The purpose of this webinar is threefold:

  1. Explain what these decisions mean in practice
  2. Provide space for organisations to speak directly about their work and constraints on the ground
  3. Examine how current measures are limiting humanitarian access and the delivery of life-saving assistance at a moment of acute need. This meeting will be held under the Chatham House Rule.

Attendees are free to use the information received, but neither the identity nor the affiliation of the speaker(s), nor that of any other participant, may be revealed. There will be no recording of this webinar.

Join AFF for this important conversation with a panel of humanitarian leaders and practitioners with direct experience in highly constrained humanitarian environments, as they share firsthand insights and perspectives on what is urgently needed to protect humanitarian space and save lives.
