Philanthropy for development

How can philanthropy be directed towards achieving development goals?

Foundation heads and experts from across MENA will come together to formulate an ambitious agenda for how collective philanthropy can tackle development challenges in social and business development, education, science, environment, and gender equality.

The closed-door convening will introduce new research on the formation of coalitions and collaboration in philanthropy and give donors concrete opportunities and examples of how to work together to amplify their impact.

Panels will cover a range of topics including breaking the divide between nonprofits and forprofits and social entrepreneurship in philanthropy.
