A.M. Qattan Foundation

The A.M. Qattan Foundation is a not-for-profit developmental organisation working in the fields of culture and education, with a particular focus on children, teachers, and young artists. Founded in 1993 by Abdel Mohsin Al-Qattan, a prominent Palestinian businessman and philanthropist, it is registered in the UK as a charity and as a charitable company limited by guarantee. The Child Centre Gaza (CCG), which opened in 2005, offers young Gazans cultural, recreational, and educational services and is one of the largest centres of its kind in the Arab region. In London, the foundation runs The Mosaic Rooms, an art gallery and bookshop dedicated to supporting and promoting contemporary culture from the Arab world.
