Barzani Charity Foundation

The Barzani Charity Foundation (BCF) is a nonprofit providing humanitarian assistance to internally-displaced communities and refugees. It was founded in 2005 by Masrour Barzani, the prime minister of the Kurdistan region. With an HQ in Erbil, the capital of the Kurdistan region of Iraq, it has chapters in Europe and United States, and is also officially registered in Kuwait. Activities range from providing food, shelter, and health services to building schools, offering job training and skill development, enhancing sewage and sanitation systems and facilitating cash assistance and donations.
